The package tuned-profiles-nfv is kept for backward compatibility and can be
dropped in the future. It has no useful content, it only brings in
tuned-profiles-nfv-guest and tuned-profiles-nfv-host dependencies. You can
install them by hand and remove tuned-profiles-nfv package.
